      SHIPPING, RETURN, & EXCHANGE

       O N L I N E    R E T U R N    P O L I C Y

      We will gladly issue store credit for any returned item, or exchange it for another. We are unable to issue refunds.

      All sale items, swimwear, intimates, and apothecary items are final sale.

      All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. We reserve the right to deny store credit for returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements. 

       

      E X C H A N G E S

      Exchanges are offered for full price items and are dependent on availability.

      Please reach out to us at wren@oldnorthclothing.com about your exchange.

      Exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date. Buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please insure and track all shipments as we are not liable for missing packages. 

      Upon receipt of the merchandise, the new item will be shipped upon availability, or store credit will be emailed.

      S H I P P I N G   P O L I C Y

      We manually process each order, as received, Monday through Friday, in our fulfillment offices in Asheville, NC. Orders will go out within 3 business days of purchase and you will receive a confirmation email followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking number attached.
